Police attempts to harrass HJS members!
A phone call was received by Shri. Shivaji Vatkar and Shri. Madhav Deshpande, members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) asking them to report to the Mumbra police station. Police were, however, not ready to give any reason for the same.

HJS’s Khadkvasla lake campaign: Police’s apathy!
HJS has been strongly undertaking its campaign to protect the Khadkvasla reservoir. In the same way Pune police were to undertake a drive for protecting the water reservoir at Khadkvasla from those who play Holi and later have bath in the water reservoir. Despite appealing police to control misuse of water and save water reservoir, police reached late when the damage was already done. Read more »
