Inception
Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) was founded on the auspicious day of Ghatasthapana, the first day of Navaratri (Ashwin Shukla Pratipada, 7 October 2002).
Guiding Principles
Every cause which is backed by the grace of the Divine is bound to succeed. So HJS firmly believes in serving Dharma as a form of selfless spiritual practice.
Our Vision
To establish a Dharma-based Hindu Rashtra through the united strength of Hindus, transcending divisions of community, tradition, language, and caste.

Anti Halal-Imposition Campaign
HJS is the first organisation to raise the issue of the subversive tactics of Halal certification.
Respect National Flag
HJS is creating awareness to ban the production, display and sale of plastic National Flags.
Flex Exhibition
Through flex exhibitions, the stories of Indian revolutionaries reach schools and communities.
Solidarity With Kashmiri Hindus
HJS spreads awareness of Kashmiri Hindus’ suffering and demands rehabilitation.
India Map Distortion
HJS opposes distortions of India’s map and demands corrections to uphold national integrity.
Awareness Against Terrorism
HJS urged the government to declare Zakir Naik an international terrorist for promoting terrorism.
