Achardharma (Practicing Dharma)

On specific days like the festivals, the Principles of specific Deities descend onto the earth and are active in a higher proportion. By wearing new clothes on such days, the clothes absorb the frequencies of the Principles of the Deities and become Sattvik.

The bristles of a toothbrush are made of synthetic material. These bristles emit Raja-Tama particles. As a result, a covering of Raja-Tama frequencies is created around the gums and the teeth.

Normally, when one sleeps on one side, the contact of the body with the distressing frequencies emanating from the earth are minimal. The sub-vital energies in a person’s body are also in an inactive state.

Most people suffer maximum distress from negative energies in the evening. By lighting a lamp in front of the Deities, their Principle is awakened and those residing in the Vastu benefit.

Bending at the waist for sweeping exerts pressure at the chakra the navel and its five vital energies are awakened. By bending on the right side, the person’s Sun channel is activated.

While sitting cross-legged on a stool, the body takes a spherical shape. Due to the cross-legged sitting posture, this consciousness circulates within the body and the ill effects of Raja-Tama frequencies on the body are controlled.

Real Vastushuddhi can be achieved only when all the members of the family abide by Achardharma repeatedly and have pure Achars and thoughts. Acharpalan, good culturedness and Divine qualities alone make man pure and Holy.

Similar to a person, every object has its good or distressing vibrations based on its characteristics. As per a rule of science of Spirituality, word, touch, form, taste, fragrance and its associated energy co-exist. Hence the vibrations of the clothes depend on their type, colour, form, the design on them and the stitching.

By wearing a cap during a religious ritual Chaitanya is transmitted in the person’s body in some proportion and is also emitted in all the directions through the cap in some proportion. After some time, a protective sheath of these emitted Chaitanya frequencies is created around the body of the person.

In everyday life we come in contact with many persons with different temperament and different schools of thought. This also affects the clothes worn by them. Such clothes are charged with the raja-tama vibrations. By wearing a punyakarma vastra, the person is not affected by the raja-tama vibrations emitted by other persons and he is protected.

Amongst the dresses as per Hindu culture, the clothes like dhoti-uparana, dhoti-kurta, kurta-pyjama, etc. are the appropriate and Sattvik dresses. A dhoti is Sattvik because it is specially worn by the Deities. For this reason the benefit of Sattvikta available from wearing a dhoti is higher in comparison with other clothes.

According to the Western culture, the men normally wear clothes like shirt-pant, jeans and T-shirt, Bermuda pant or suit and tie etc. The dresses are Raja-Tama predominant. For this reason the negative energies get attracted towards the clothes. There is a possibility of distress by negative energies.

A specific metal is conducive to a specific task. According to the spiritual science, the ornaments worn above the waist are made of Gold, whereas, those worn below the waist are made of Silver. Due to the waves emitted by silver ornaments, a woman is protected from the distressing assaults from the Hell region.

Negative energies store black energy in the stomach, waist and the back of the women. The possibility of attack of negative energies on these areas is also higher. Due to the spiral created by the karadhani, the woman’s body is protected from such attacks.

Glass bangles have sattvikta, Devi Principle and Chaitanya in them. Due to these, sattvik and Chaitanya-dominant waves in the environment are attracted to the glass bangles. In addition, due to the sound generated by the glass bangles, the negative energies back off. This explains why one feels good while looking at glass bangles.
