Hindu Janajagruti Samiti calls for crackdown on ‘corporate jihad’ in multinational companies

Following the exposure of religious exploitation at a multinational establishment in Nashik, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), alongside various Hindu organisations, has launched a coordinated movement across Bharat, demanding a nationwide crackdown and mandatory security audits of all IT establishments. Agitations and memorandum submissions have been held across the nation, calling on the government to dismantle the organised ‘corporate jihad’ and religious conversion racket.

HJS submitted a memorandum to the Jaipur District Collector Sandeh Nayak, and demanded that similar incidents of ‘corporate jihad’ in multinational companies in Jaipur and across Rajasthan be investigated immediately. It has also urged the government to initiate ‘Religious Discrimination Audit’ in companies and to establish a special helpline for women, so that victims can register complaints without fear. HJS strongly warned that the exploitation of Hindu women and religious conversion in the name of ‘corporate’ jobs must now stop.

Pune: Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Andolan at Viman Nagar 

Protest at Viman Nagar, Pune

Pune, Maharashtra – Following the earlier protest at Hinjewadi, over 100 devout Hindus gathered at Viman Nagar on 20 April for the HJS-led Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Andolan against ‘corporate jihad’. The protest saw participation from Advocate Rahul Kadam (Pune Bar Association), Sushant Gade, Dilip Devkar, H.B.P. Dattatray Chorge Maharaj (Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh), Sachin Ghule (Hindu Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti), Kum. Kranti Petkar (Ranragini), and Parag Gokhale (HJS), and others. Notably, some employees of the nearby ‘Parveen Fleets’ establishment spontaneously joined the protest upon witnessing it.

Speakers at the event raised several concerns. CA Sarvesh Mehendala warned that ‘corporate jihad’ targets not only women but also men, urging all Hindus to unite and calling on Hindu youth and women to take up self-defence training.

Advocate Rahul Kadam noted that following the Hinjewadi protest, several fresh complaints of similar incidents were filed at police stations, and offered legal assistance to anyone needing it. Shri Sachin Ghule called on the administration to probe IT parks in Khadadi and Fursungi, Pune, for possible conversion-related incidents.

Shri Parag Gokhale revealed that a similar incident had occurred at a DMart in Shirdi, where a Hindu youth was subjected to religious conversion, and demanded strict punishment for the perpetrators.

Ku. Kranti Petkar demanded the immediate arrest of Nida Khan, an accused in the Nashik case who remains at large, and pointed to documents seized during raids on the banned PFI organisation that outlined various forms of jihad aimed at Islamising India.

Solapur: Memorandum submitted to Resident Deputy Collector 

Solapur, Maharashtra – HJS submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister to Resident Deputy Collector Abhijit Patil in Solapur, demanding a deep investigation into ‘love jihad’, religious terror tactics, and conversion networks operating within multinational companies, and calling for the exposure of the nationwide chain behind these activities. Present on the occasion were Smt. Rajshri Deshmukh, Ku. Bhuvaneshwari Patil, and Shri. Yash Mugadyal, Rohan Gaikwad, Swapnil Sanga, Prem Badiwale, Dinesh Jamdar, Vinod Rasaal, Sandeep Dhage and others. 

Sangli

A similar memorandum was submitted to Resident Deputy Collector Dr. Snehal Kaniche in Sangli, with a warning that if demands are not met, an intense public agitation will be launched. 

Present on the occasion were HJS Sangli District Coordinator Shri. Santosh Desai, Shri. Pratap Bankar, Abhijit Kodag, Shubham Hosmath, Vishal Mohite, Sunil Pandgavkar, Ketan Shinde, Sachin Suryavanshi, Ganesh Sagare, and entrepreneur Digambar Kore.

The Sangli memorandum also included a demand to immediately halt the ₹50 lakh grant sanctioned to 308 madrasas under the ‘Dr. Zakir Hussain Madrasa Modernisation Scheme’ and withdraw the government resolution. 

Bengaluru: Protest held at Freedom Park against ‘corporate jihad’

Bengaluru, Karnataka – A  large protest was organised at Freedom Park, Bengaluru on 19 April, by the Hindu Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti, with participation from HJS and various Hindu organisations, demanding a statewide crackdown on corporate jihad and religious exploitation in multinational companies across Karnataka. 

The protest at Freedom Park organised by the Hindu Rashtra Samanvay Samiti, saw participation from over 300 devout Hindus, with leaders of various pro-Hindu organisations in attendance –  Shri. Mohan Gowda (State Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti), Smt. Bhavya Gowda (Ranragini wing of HJS), Sundresh Nargal (Sri Rama Sene), Srinivas Guruji, Vikram Shetty (Rashtriya Parishad), Smt. Jyoti (Durga Vahini), along with members of Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), Rashtraraksana Pade and other Hindu organisations. 

A memorandum in this regard was  submitted by the representatives of Hindu Rashtra Samanvay Samiti and other devout Hindus, to the CM and Home Dept through the Bengaluru District Collector. 

Pune: Protests held at Hinjewadi 

Pune, Maharashtra – Expanding the movement to the state’s IT capital, a Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Andolan was organized on 17 April at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk, Hinjewadi Phase 1.

Addressing a large gathering of devout Hindus, Shri. Parag Gokhale of HJS and other dignitaries—including representatives from the Ranragini wing of HJS and various pro-Hindu organisations, demanded an immediate investigation into suspected similar incidents in Pune-based establishments. Protesters collected signatures for a memorandum to be submitted to the Chief Minister and local authorities, warning that if the dignity of Hindu women is not protected, a state-wide agitation will be launched. HJS emphasized that the recruitment processes of these MNCs must be scrutinized for biased ideologies.

Key demands to the government

  • Thorough investigation: A comprehensive probe into ‘love jihad’, religious terror tactics, and conversion rackets to uncover the full extent of the ‘corporate jihad’ network.
  • Mandatory audits: Immediate “special security and religious discrimination audits” of all IT and multinational companies across the state.
  • Revocation of licences: Cancellation of business licences for companies where the dignity of women is compromised or an atmosphere of ‘religious terror’ is fostered.

Nashik: The epicentre of the investigation

Nashik, Maharashtra – HJS demanded that the administration take urgent and decisive action to dismantle the ‘corporate jihad’ and the organised conspiracy of religious conversion operating within multinational companies. 

Suspected nationwide network

HJS has cautioned that the matter may extend beyond Nashik, pointing to the possibility of a wider ‘corporate jihad’ network across branches in Mumbai and other parts of the country. Seven accused have been arrested in Nashik so far, and many more such elements may exist in other cities and branches.

A strongly worded memorandum has been submitted to the Nashik Police Commissioner and the district administrations of Niphad, Yeola, and Pimpalgaon Baswant, calleing for a thorough investigation into a possible nationwide network of radical sleeper cells involved in religious terrorism. A large number of youth and women from the HJS’ Ranragini wing participated in the memorandum submission.

Demands to the government

  • Thorough investigation into comprehensive probe into love jihad, religious terror tactics, and conversion rackets to uncover the full extent of a possible nationwide network of ‘corporate jihad’.
  • Immediate ‘special security and religious discrimination audit’ of all IT and multinational companies across the state.
  • Cancellation of business licences and immediate closure of companies where Hindu women’s dignity is not protected and an atmosphere of ‘religious terror’ is being created

Strong warning

Highlighting the religious sanctity of Nashik —  a place sanctified by the footsteps of Prabhu Shri Ram, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti stated that if Hindu women’s honour continues to be violated under the guise of corporate activity in this sacred land, Hindu society will not remain silent.

HJS has issued a stern warning that if the administration fails to take prompt and stringent action against the culprits and those shielding them, it will, on behalf of all Hindu organisations, launch an intense public agitation. 

Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Maharashtra – A delegation of pro-Hindu organisations, including representatives from the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Shiv Sena, BJP, Hindu Ekta Andolan, Hindu Mahasabha, and others submitted a memorandum to Resident Deputy Collector Gajanan Gurav.

The Kolhapur delegation, which included leaders like Shri. Kishore Ghatge and Shri. Sambhajirao Bhokare, urged the government to expose the “nationwide chain” behind these corporate jihad incidents.

Key demands to the government

Nationwide probe: A comprehensive investigation into ‘love jihad’, religious terror tactics, and conversion rackets operating within corporate structures.
Mandatory audits: An immediate state-sanctioned audit of all MNCs regarding security protocols and religious discrimination.
Revocation of licences: Immediate closure and cancellation of business licences for companies failing to protect the dignity of Hindu women.
Equality in education: Halting specific religious grants and ensuring accurate historical representation in textbooks. 

In addition to the corporate jihad issue, two further critical demands were raised in Kolhapur:

NCERT corrections: Re-incorporate the map of the Maratha Empire that was recently removed from Class 8 textbooks.
Madrasa funding: Immediately halt the ₹50 lakh grant provided to 308 madrasas under the ‘Dr. Zakir Hussain Madrasa Modernisation Scheme’, citing the need to uphold the constitutional principle of equality.
