Patriotic Hindus should celebrate Diwali from 20th October

Pune: On the day of ‘Narak Chaturdashi’, Bhagawan Lord Krushna slew demon Narakasura and therefore, we celebrate the victory, Diwali with bursting of crackers. On 20th October, Narakasura of Kali-yuga, Afzal will be executed hence patriotic Hindus should start Diwali celebrations one day prior i.e. from 20th October.

The above appeal has been made by Shri. Milind Ekbote, a Municipal councilor elected independently. He was addressing the demonstrators supporting death sentence of Mohammed Afzal. The demonstrator raised slogans against the Chief Minister of Kashmir Ghulam nabi Azad, Ex CM, Faroukh Abdullah, Tariq Anwar etc. who were demanding postponement/ cancellation of execution of Afzal. Leaders of many Hindu Organizations were present for the meeting.
