Historic world Hindu conference at Prayag

The III World Hindu Conference was inaugurated at the Ardh Kumbha Mela amidst chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ in the presence of saints, prominent leaders of various sects and delegates from India and abroad. Play denigrates Mahabharata: Director apologises!

Kasak Siddhivinayak Trust and Siddhivinayak Cultural Foundation had organized a competition of one-act plays. In a one-act play titled ‘Sangeet Vastraharan’, there was mockery of great characters depicted in Mahabharata. HJS protested against it and so Director and writer apologises. Read more »

Police attempts to harrass HJS members!

A phone call was received by Shri. Shivaji Vatkar and Shri. Madhav Deshpande, members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) asking them to report to the Mumbra police station. Police were, however, not ready to give any reason for the same.
