“During the 2024 General Elections, Hindus will vote for candidates who include Hindu Rashtra and provisions to safeguard Hindu interests in their manifesto !” – Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale

The demand for the Hindu Rashtra, which has its roots in these Hindu Conventions, has gained momentum and has become a hot topic of discussion in our country. Saints, Sages, and Political leaders have expressed their views on – the need to establish a Hindu Rashtra. Hence, the awakened (enlightened) Hindu voter will not fall prey to promises of free electricity, a free laptop, and other freebies. He wants unwavering support for the Hindu Rashtra. Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale (National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) added that Hindu voters would support only those who include a nationwide ban on cattle slaughter, an anti-conversion law, a stringent law to punish those who mock Hindu Deities, Hindu Dharma and Hindu way of life and repeal regressive laws such as Places of Worship Act and the Wakf Act into their election manifesto. He addressed devout Hindus and other dignitaries during the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.

Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale said, “The reason for our misery is the lack of political awareness among Hindus. The strength of democracy lies in alert, active and united citizens. Hence, we should work on our ignorance about National duties, true independence, and social order. We should also renounce our selfish nature, shortsightedness, and lack of unity. All political parties create their election manifesto keeping in mind the mood of the Nation. Hence, you should make the demand for Hindu Rashtra a rallying cry so that they do not afford to ignore the underlying sentiment of millions of Hindus.”

Kathua rape case used in a subversive agenda to expel Hindus from Jammu!- Madhu Kishwar, Editor ‘Manushi’, Delhi

In 2018, an alleged rape case in a small village called Rasana in Jammu was given worldwide infamy as the ‘Kathua Rape’ case. Across the country, the secular gang, Bollywood actors, and anti-Hindus used the case to defame Hindus worldwide. The story that ‘Hindus abducted the victim, raped and then killed her’ was propagated around the world based on falsified evidence. Behind this was a planned conspiracy to dehumanise Hindus and expel them from Jammu region, alleged Prof. (Ms) Madhu Kishwar, Delhi-based author of the book ‘The Girl from Kathua’ and editor of ‘Manushi’. She was speaking on ‘Truth of Kathua’ at the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav at Shri Ramnath Devasthan, Ponda, Goa.

Prof Kishwar said,
1. In this case Hindus were accused of ‘gang-rape’; however, the autopsy report does not mention rape. While the police investigation states that ‘the girl was killed by bashing her head with a stone’, the post-mortem report did not show any injury to the skull. The report is replete with inconsistencies.

2. Disclosure of the identity of the victim in any case of rape of a minor girl is a legal offense. But in this case, the victim’s name and photo were deliberately revealed to the media. Hindu youth were persecuted in the name of investigation. As a result many Hindu families had to flee Kathua.

3.The Jammu Bar Association, along with thousands of Hindus, held a mass movement against this. It demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter; But it was deliberately ignored by the Indian media.

Principle of karmic justice must figure in the judicial system! – Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad

According to a report by the Law Commission of India, a total of 1,790 people were sentenced to death by sessions courts in the country between 2000 and 2015. Out of them 1,512 cases came up to High and Supreme Courts. Only 4.3 percent of them were executed. Others were acquitted. So should we assume that the judges of the sessions courts made a mistake? If a government official commits a mistake, an inquiry is set up, so what about a judge’s wrong decision? In 1976, the Allahabad High Court sentenced 4 persons to death. One was killed in a police encounter, one was hanged, while the other two were sentenced to life imprisonment on mercy pleas. How are criminals handed different punishments despite committing the same type of crime? Is there a theory of karma behind this?

When someone commits a crime like rape, it involves ‘Kaama’ (lust) and ‘Krodha’ (anger) defects of the six-foes. Shouldn’t there be a study on this? Special courts are established to try various crimes, new laws are enacted, but when will there be a study on the defects due to which these crimes are committed? The blindfolded goddess of justice is based on a Western concept that does not believe in Karmaphalanyaya (karmic justice). At the time of hearing a case, the court studies the decisions from America, England. But why is Karmaphalsiddhanta not studied in our country? asked Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad. He asserted that it is essential to include the principle of Karmaphalanyaya in the judicial system. He was addressing the audience on Day 4 (19.6.2023) of the ongoing Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav here.

Hindus will have to struggle for the establishment of Hindu Rashtra! – Jugal Kishore Tiwari, Patron, Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Ekta Parishad, Uttar Pradesh

Vidyadhiraj Auditorium – Caste system is a problem for the nation. Castes were not created by us. Castes have been created from our professions. Some political parties have also been created on the basis of caste. In many political parties, posts are also allotted on the basis of caste. Political parties have to rely on caste to get elected. Hindus are divided into castes and in this the Deities and Saints are also divided by caste. While doing so, no one has the right to criticize the great men of other castes. Struggles and challenges are not obstacles, they create new opportunities. Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Bhagwan Shri Ram also had to struggle. Mr Jugal Kishore Tiwari, Patron, Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Ekta Parishad, Uttar Pradesh said that we will have to struggle for the establishment of Hindu Rashtra.
