Vow to reclaim every temple – H.H. Advocate Hari Shankar Jain, Advocate, Supreme Court of India and Patron, Hindu Front for Justice

The Shriram temple is being built. But we have vowed to reclaim every single temple that has been encroached upon by the fanatic invaders.  Our struggle to liberate the Dharmik places of Hindus in Mathura, Kashi, Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) and Taj Mahal is on, asserted Supreme Court Advocate and Patron of ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ H.H. Adv. Hari Shankar Jain. He was speaking on Day 3 (]18.6.2023) of the ongoing Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav here.

H.H. Adv. Hari Shankar Jain further said, “The Hindu India, which was once known as the ‘sone ki chidiya’, has now been relegated to history. Today Hindus have to fight for their survival inside and outside the courts. While fighting for the Hindu Rashtra, we are forgetting the Dharmayoddha who sacrificed themselves at the altar of Dharma. We cannot proceed without mentioning the names of thousands of such Dharmayoddha. Maharana Pratap, the Sikh Gurus, sacrificed themselves to protect Hinduism, but did not accept defeat. Our struggle will have to be greater than theirs to establish Hindu Rashtra. That will be the only fitting tribute. In the current system created by the Constitution of India, no government can make this country a Hindu Rashtra. Any such move will be challenged. Therefore, it is necessary for Hindus to unite and establish the Hindu Rashtra.”

Harp all you want about secularism, Sanatan Dharma remains the soul of India – Advocate (Dr.) H.C. Upadhyaya, Supreme Court

Vidyadhiraj Auditorium, June 18, 2023 (News.) – The original copy of the Indian Constitution does not have any images of the Prophet or Jesus Christ. But there are pictures of Shri Ram, Shri Krishna and Buddha. There is even a picture of Shri Krishna preaching the Bhagavadgeeta on Kurukshetra. This Constitution was unanimously adopted by the then parliament. This means that only Sanatan Dharma, which is the soul of India, was recognized. So, you can harp all you want about secularism, Sanatan Dharma will remain the soul of the nation, said Supreme Court Advocate (Dr.) S.C. Upadhyay.

India is a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. The motto of the Supreme Court is written as ‘Yato Dharmastato Jayah’. The Supreme Court says, ‘Where there is Dharma, there is truth, and where there is truth, there is victory’.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is working very well. Hindus should be united in this manner. Every street of India has Hindus who have awakened, they must be brought together. If religious fanatics attack Hindus in hundreds, thousands of Hindu volunteers must be ready too.

Advocates should study Hindu scriptures to counter attacks on Hindu culture! – Advocate Sridhar Potaraju, Supreme Court, Delhi

The laws that are presently in effect in India were introduced by the British. These laws are based on materialistic end goals. On the contrary, Hindu theology tries to arrive at the ultimate Truth by drawing conclusions from debates. That is why I believe that the slogan of our High Courts is ‘Satyamev Jayate’. This sentence inspires the moral struggle to seek the truth. The battle of Ram Janmabhoomi was not only a battle for land but it was a battle to find the truth of the birth of ShriRam.

Veda-Shastras were studied and referred to in court proceedings in pre-independence India; But now due to westernization of laws western examples are being referenced to. After independence, the intellectual distortions of the communists created a tight and strong network in India. Decisions such as same-sex marriage that are emerging today are an attack on Hindu familial, social and marriage institutions. Supreme Court advocate Sridhar Potaraju said that advocates should refer to their scriptures and study them to counter such attacks.
