Kumta (Karnataka) : Many pro-Hindu organizations have been working for protection of ‘Hindutva’; but governments of all parties have failed to provide proper protection to these organizations which are working selflessly; therefore, many devout Hindu activists are murdered every year, was the regret expressed by advocate Dattatreya Nayak from Bhatkal during Hindu Convention held here.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) recently organized district-level Hindu Convention at Shri Shantika Parameshwari Devasthan at Kumta which was started with blowing of conch; followed with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Shri. Ganapati Jogalekar, a devout Hindu businessman, Shri. Guruprasad Gowda and Shri. Kashinath Prabhu of Sanatan Sanstha lighted lamp for beginning the Convention.

Protection of cows/ cattle is the duty towards Dharma ! – Manjunath Bhat, Shri Ramchandrapur Mutt, Kumta

Reference to ‘Gou-mata’ is found not only in ‘Kali-yuga’ but it is available from ‘Satya-Yuga’ and she has since then been revered. There was huge number of cows when the British left India. There were cows of different breeds. Now, the total number of cows has considerably gone down and jersey (hybrid) cows have been given more importance than Indian cows. Indian cows are neglected. People would have to pay its price if this continues. We should therefore, protect indigenous cows and cattle, with unity.

Today, the Government and political parties are trying to implement various schemes for development of this country by spending millions of rupees; but increase in corrupt practices are the obstacles in getting due outcome after implementation of these schemes. How will this country progress with such anti-social tendencies, in case Hindus do not work for protection of nation and Dharma ?

Many pro-Hindu organizations are engaged in activities related to protection of nation. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj fought with invaders keeping establishment of ‘Hindavi Swarajya’ as his goal. It has become necessary for every pro-Hindu organization and devout Hindu activists to join the activities keeping mission of establishing Hindu Rashtra as their goal. It is required of all devout Hindu activists to devote time every day towards activities related to protection of Dharma and protection of nation.

Their efforts to create awareness amongst people towards ‘Dharmacharan’ and take this country towards progress are commendable. I am very happy to see that they are now uniting Hindus and associating them with the mission of Hindu Rashtra. I shall help in taking this mission on bigger scale.
