Mr. Ramadas Bhat said, “Hindus should have got dharmashikshan much earlier than this but vested interests have prevented the Hindu society from gaining access to dharmashikshan till now. Thus Hindus have become weak in all fields. To ensure that this same phenomenon does not continue it is essential that Hindus should get education about dharma. Let us live righteously – according to dharma and inspire the next generation to do so.”

Mr. Chittaranjan Hegde
said, “In 1947, because of our negligence a big error has been made and this nation began to call itself as secular. Today we are witness to the adverse effects of this label. There is interference from unhealthy elements in everything related to our religion – our temples, our festivals etc. If we continue to be negligent and careless what will happen to this generation that we are seeing now that, under the influence of so-called modernity and technical progress is becoming lazier and immoral and moving towards self-destruction?”. Elaborating on the issue of the government demolishing many ancient temples be calling them `unauthorized’ he said, “only through the strength derived from living righteously that we will get the strength to oppose these assaults and come out victorious

Speaking on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Mr. Ravindra Kamat said, “today there are many Hindu organizations but they are not significantly successful in protecting Hindu Dharma because all their efforts are at teaching others and they are not able to follow Dharma fully for many reasons”
