Industrialists need to do sadhana as per ‘Vaishya Varna’ : H.H. Ashok Patrikar

Ramnathi, Goa : Udyog, that means, ut + yoga, achieving spiritual progress, that is, God-realisation through the action means doing ‘Udyog’. Doing sadhana as per the ‘Varna’ (Class), meaning offering our virtues and action to God. Industrialists and business people should do sadhana as per the ‘Vaishya varna’. The main purpose of this shibir is to understand the importance of sadhana in life and how to do sadhana for progressing spiritually, explained Sanatan’s Saint H.H. Ashok Patrikar. He was addressing the gathering assembled for the 3-day ‘Sadhana- shibir for industrialists’ held on behalf of HJS at Sanatan Ashram at Ramnathi. This was His inaugural address. At this time, industrialist Shri. Vihang Shah and Central coordinator of HJS, Shri. Nagesh Gade (Spiritual level 65%) were present there. After blowing of conch shell and recitation of Ved mantras by priests (Purohit) Sanatan’s sadhak-purohit pathashala, lighting of the lamp at the hands of dignitaries, the shibir commenced. Shri. Satyavijay Naik of SS explained the mission of the samiti and Shri. Sandeep Shinde, coordinator of Sanatan’s Study Centre, gave information about Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale to the assembly. In the last session, Shri. Nagesh Gade guided the gathering about ‘Spirituality for blissful life’.

Sattvik industrialists and business people have an important role to play in establishing Hindu Rashtra. Most of industrialists and business community desire to offer 15-20 % of their wealth for Dharmakarya (Service unto Dharma). Scriptures too say that ‘Dan’ should always be ‘Satpatre dan’. Nobody except Saints are satpatra in this world; because the real mission of Saints or Guru is to spread, to protect and to establish Dharma. To offer dan to Saints so also organisations, institutions striving for their mission is also Dharmakarya. Offering money for establishing Hindus Rashtra as per the period, is also ‘Satpatre dan’.
