Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held successfully at Jamb (Wai)

Hindus should direct the society appropriately by abiding by Dharma ! : Madan Sawant, HJS

Jamb (Taluka Wai, Dist. Satara) : Aurangzeb killed Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj brutally to deny the pleasure of celebrating Gudhipadva to Hindus. Some organisations create confusion in the minds of Hindus concerning Gudhipadva and other Hindus festivals to fulfil the demoniacal dream of Aurangzeb. Shri. Madan Sawant proposed that Hindus should direct the society appropriately by abiding by Dharma. He was speaking in the 46th Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha in Dist. Satara held in the compound of Bhairavnath Temple here. More than 500 Dharmapremi were present in the sabha. Ladies and young girls were present in large numbers.

The sabha commenced by offering respect to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and by lighting the lamp. Shri. Akash Shinde and Sou. Ranjana Shinde welcomed the speakers. Shri. Madan Sawant said further, “The attacks on Hindu Dharma are becoming more and more severe. ‘Love Jihad’ is on the rise, wealth of Shri Vitthal temple in Pandhrpur, Shri Mahalaxmi temple in Kolhapur, Shri Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai is being misappropriated. Due to appeasing minorities Hindu Saints and Hindutvanishtha leaders are treated unjustly. Therefore this is not the time to listen to the history but to make history by taking lessons from the history.”

It is essential for ladies and young girls to develop strength in themselves to counter attacks from fanatics and licentious people on them. Therefore they need to train themselves in self-defence to be able to save their honour and this is a very effective remedy over all kinds of atrocities they have to face, said Sou. Roopa Mahadik of Ranaragini wing of HJS.

At the end of the sabha an oath of establishing Hindu Rashtra was taken. Compering was done by Shri. Sunil Dalvi and Kum. Priyanka Salunkhe of HJS. Shri. Vinayak Kulkarni gave vote of thanks.

Response

  1. After the sabha got over, Dharmapremi made a demand to start Dahrmashikshan class.
  2. Generally we get information about history when we attend lectures; but from the guidance of the samiti’s speakers, we got information about how to abide by Dharma along with others and how to protect Dharma. Youth present at the sabha said that they would put into practice the points learnt in the sabha.
