Demand for strict action against the officials who defied Maha CM’s instructions to fund the old temple of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Lawmakers assure to raise the issue of banning the sale of alcohol and meat in religious places!

A petition was submitted by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti to various MLAs demanding that religious places should be freed from the sale of alcohol and meat. Mr Sunil Ghanwat (Maharashtra State Organizer of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) submitted these petitions to Shiv Sena MLAs Chimanrao Patil and Balaji Kinikar, Mahesh Landge (BJP MLA from Pune), Mangesh Chavan (BJP MLA from Chalisgaon, Jalgaon district). Maharashtra : Court stays melting ornaments of Shri Tulja Bhavani Devi

The Aurangabad Bench of Mumbai High Court passed a stay order to keep on hold the process of melting gold-silver ornaments of Shri Tulja Bhavani Devi, ‘Kulaswamini’ of Maharashtra. Owing to the Government managing this temple, there was misappropriation in the auction of gold-silver ornaments, precious diamonds donated by devotees, and the cash of more than Rs 8.50 crore offered by devotees in the temple.
