Jaisingpur : Bajrang Dal asks police to keep check on cow slaughter on Eid

Take care to see that cows are not slaughtered on the occasion of Ramzan Eid ! – Representation by Bajarang Dal to police station

Jaisingpur (Dist. Kolhapur) : The present Government has implemented the Act banning cow-slaughter; still cow-slaughter is taking place in clandestine manner. Action should be taken against those from the city or surrounding areas involved in transporting beef. Muslims are celebrating Ramzan Eid on 6th July. On that day and two days earlier, few social miscreants slaughter cows which can result in communal disharmony; therefore, care should be taken to see that cows are not slaughtered on the occasion of Ramzan Eid. A representation to the above effect was submitted by Shri. Vijay Dhangekar, city-Convener of Bajarang Dal for Jaisingpur to assistant Police Inspector Shri. Dattatreya Kadam in the presence of other activists; viz. Shri. Pradip Varekar, Shri. Sambhaji Shinde, Shri. Marayappa Landage, Shri. Amar Juve, Shri. Vicky Dhangekar and Shri. Sachin Mohite.
