Mumbai (Maharashtra): Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya was under treatment in J J Hospital for the last month and a half. Even though she is still not feeling well, she was sent to Jail from Hospital. Thus her relatives were outraged.

Sadhvi Pragya was harassed by ATS in a variety of ways like them including Non-Vegetarian food in her diet, giving her food full of insects, not giving her any proper arrangement to sleep etc. Sadhvi Pragya reported these facts many times to the Court. This harassment caused a detrimental effect on her health. She developed a pain in her backbone. She was always on a stretcher as her body below the waist is practically lifeless. The Court permitted her to have food sent from her home after she requested for the same. But due to harassment, many diseases plagued her. So Sadhvi Pragya was taken to J J Hospital.

She was discharged from Hospital two days ago afterwhich she was sent to Bhaykhala Jail. Even though she had not recovered, she was discharged from Hospital. Sadhvi Pragya’s brother-in-law, Mr. Bhagwan Jha said, “The Police and hospital have been repeatedly doing this. The Police Administration is also intentionally ignoring the bail request made by Sadhvi Pragya. Police aren’t presenting the affidavit even though two hearings are over.
