Implement laws of conversion ban rigorously – BJP

Bhubaneswar (Orissa):  “The Kandhamal riot occurred because the NGOs have instigated and conspired to bring about conversion with the foreign funds,” alleged BJP here today. “It was necessary to implement hard the laws pertaining the ban on conversion”, demanded the BJP. The BJP is partner of Biju Janata Dal in power in Orissa. (The Hindus should not have false hopes that the BJP, which could not stop conversion in Orissa in spite of being in power, will do anything for the Hindus! – Editor)

“We are not satisfied with the implementation of the conversion ban law  in Orissa. (In other words the BJP confesses that it has not taken any action! – Editor) Strict action should be taken against those who do not abide by the law of ban on conversion”, said Shri Jual Oram, vice-president of BJP. The Hindus have been rendered minority in Kandhamal because the freedom of religion has always been misused.
