Every Hindu must register vote against anti-faith bill!

Shegaon (Maharashtra): The Joint Review Committee of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly has given time limit upto 31st August 2007 to people of this State to register their opinion on Eradication of Black Magic and Evil and Aghouri Practices Act, 2005. It is the ploy of the Government to seek public opinion in such difficult manner. The Act is an assault on Hindu Dharma. Therefore, every Hindu should register his/her opinion against the Act. The above appeal was made by Shri. Nivrutti Maharaj Vakte, a keertankar from Pandharpur. A march was taken out from Big Ram Mandir in Akola to Shegaon to protest against the Government. The march was organized by VHP, Bajarang Dal and Chhava Sanghatana. Members of these organizations from various districts participated in the march. The march ended in a public meeting attended by more than 2000 workers of the above organizations and was addressed by Shri. Vakte Maharaj. He warned that the  Government should not try to pass the ‘Temple take-over’ Act and have a control over worship places of Hindus; else they would have to step down.
