Devout Hindu stops missionaries from spreading Christianity

Mumbai: Christian missionaries are very active in interior parts of the State and converting Hindus. They have, however, reached even the suburbs of this metro now. Shri. Vaibhav Nandgaokar, a devout Hindu observed that missionaries were distributing printed material about how only Jesus can save everyone from the forthcoming time of crisis. The pamphlet said, "Your miseries will be reduced. Incurable diseases like AIDS and cancer will also be cured by chanting the name of Jesus. One who follows the path shown by Jesus will only survive the impending difficult times. About 15-20 missionaries were going to buildings in Mahim area and telling Hindus that they were not missionaries or attached to any church. But they had come to tell people about how to overcome their problems. They were carrying copies of Bible. Shri. Vaibhav Nadgaokar came across these missionaries and complained to the nearby police station. Police reached the area and stopped the missionaries from propagating Christianity.

(Congratulations to Shri. Vaibhav Nandgaokar as he foiled the attempts of missionaries to cheat Hindus. Such devout are the real strength of Hindu Dharma. Missionaries trying to deceive people by telling them about curing terminal diseases should be taught a lesson.- Editor)
