Representation submitted to District Collector by pro-Hindu activists

Jalgaon (Maharashtra) :
A representation demanding to stop cow-slaughter taking place on the occasion of ‘Ramzan Eid’ and to take action against the concerned was submitted to the District Collector by various pro-Hindu activists. It was demanded that the illegal transportation of cows, illegal slaughtering and sale of cows revered by Hindus should be stopped and police squads should be deployed to keep a vigil at different places. Police should consider the religious sentiments of ‘cow-loving’ Hindus and cow-protectors and take stringent action against the guilty.

H.B.P Suryabhan Maharaj Sonawane of Warakari Sampradaya, advocate Govind Tiwari of Hindu Mahasabha, Mr. Hemant Shinde of Sanatan Sanstha and Deepak Chaudhary of HJS were present on the occasion.
