Missionaries claim cure for HIV+

Mumbai: ‘Brothers Manuel Ministry’ a Christian Missionary Organization held a mass prayers program at Kalidas hall in Mulund, a suburb of Mumbai in which under the pretext of miracles, every effort was made to convert innocent Hindus. Before the program, an aggrieved Hindu called up the organizers and told him about his incurable disease. He then realized the missionaries’ ploy of extracting money and converting Hindus. The conversation that took place between the aggrieved Hindu and missionary is given below.

Aggrieved (A): Namaskar, I read your pamphlet and in that context, I have called you.
Missionary (M): Yes, what for have you called?
A: I have a friend who is HIV +ve. Can you do something for him?
M: We have organized a program at Mulund at 5.00 p.m., you bring your friend there.
A: How would I find you there? Can you give me your name?
M: There is no need to know the name. You come for the program or call up on the contact no. 26403933, wait for a while then you will hear a taped message. Press 1, wait, again press 1, wait and again press 1, only then you will be told about a remedy for your problem.
A: I can attend the program and meet you there.
M: Come to Mulund. You will meet our volunteers, they will guide you. Get 2 photographs of the sick person and Rs.650/-. We shall give you a card. Then you need not come to Khar and wait in the queue.

(Hindus must be alert. Under the pretext of curing incurable diseases, Christians are deceiving Hindus and coercing them to convert. – Editor)
