Complaint lodged with police against Directors of Hindustan Unilever at Paldhi (Jalgaon)

Issue related to anti-Hindu advertisement

Jalgaon : Hindustan Unilever has telecast an advertisement of its product ‘Surf Excel’ on the occasion of ‘Ranga-Panchami’ wherein Hindus have been once again insulted through this advertisement on the occasion of Hindus’ festival. This Company has insulted Hindus and Hindus’ seats of worship, through many advertisements even earlier. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has lodged a complaint on 13th March at Paldhi (Dist. Jalgaon) against Managing Director of this Company, demanding that religious discrimination should not be allowed through medium of advertisements; ban should be imposed on telecast of the concerned advertisement while case should be filed against Directors of this Company under clauses 295 A and 153 A of Indian Penal Code. Shri. Rahul Vasudev Dhangar, a devout Hindu from Paldhi has lodged such complaint in the presence of other devout Hindus viz. Shri. Ganesh Dhangar, Shri. Deepak Mali, Shri. Ramesh Mahajan, Shri. Golu Pitambar Mali of ‘Shivazep’ Organization and Shri. Vinod Shinde of HJS.

Demonstrations staged at Dhule against Hindustan Unilever

Representation submitted to government officers at Dhule and Nandurbar 

Dhule : Hindustan Unilever has been making anti-Hindu advertisements and telecasting them on the occasion of Hindus’ various festivals like Shri Ganesh Jayanti, Navaratri, Kumbh-Mela and Holi.  Demonstrations were staged by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, office bearers of other pro-Hindu organizations and devout Hindus on 12th March at Dhule demanding stringent action against this Company.

Representation was later submitted to Dy. District Collector Nandakumar Bedase of Dhule and District Collector Balaji Manjule of Nandurbar in this context demanding imposition of ban on telecast of advertisement and necessary action against the company. Shri. Jitendra Patil, Shri. Akash Gavit, Shri. Narendra Chaudhari, Shri. Mayur Chaudhari, Shri. Kapil Chaudhari, Shri. Satish Bagul, Shri. Chetan Rajput, Shri. Amol Thakare etc were devout Hindus present on the occasion.

Hindu-hatred exhibited through Hindustan Unilever’s advertisement!

1. Colours used by Hindus to play during the festival have been referred to as ‘stains’ for non-Hindus.

2. An attempt is made to show Muslims’ ‘namaz’ is more sacred to Hindus.

3. It is shown that Hindus purposely throw colours on Muslims on the day of ‘Holi’.

4. It is also shown that Hindus should protect Muslims from colours even if Hindus had to get smeared with colours for the same.

Oppose Hindustan Unilever! – Appeal made by Rashtriya Warkari Parishad

Mumbai : All Hindus should oppose to Hindustan Unilever Company, for making mockery of Holi festival of Hindus, was the appeal made by H.B.P Bapu Maharaj Raokar, the Secretary of ‘Rashtriya Warkari Parishad’ through a circular.  It has been stated in this circular that boycott ‘Surf Excel’ and force the government to take necessary action so as to prevent others from denigrating Hindus’ festivals. The Government should conduct inquiry into this company and find if there was any conspiracy behind this wrong deed.
