Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : Three persons propagating Christianity in the area of Sree Mahalakshmi Temple were stopped and handed over to the police at Rajawada Police Station by members of Bajarang Dal. (Congratulations to Bajarang Dal members for promptly stopping, in legal manner, aggression of Christians on Hindu Dharma at Kolhapur ! Other devout Hindus should learn from this incident ! – Editor SP)

Christian missionaries Thomas George, G. Mathew and Prasannan were distributing pamphlets on Christianity to devotees in Sree Mahalakshmi Temple area. They were talking to some people explaining and telling false stories glorifying Christianity. (In the temple area of Hindus, Christian missionaries are trying to spread Christianity. What does such incident indicate? There is no alternative to ‘Dharmashikshan’ to prevent such attacks on Hindu Dharma. – Editor SP) Mr. Mahesh Ursal, Dy. District-chief of Bajarang Dal (BD) received one such pamphlet. He gathered Mr. Sachin Mangure, the city-chief of BD and members viz. Mr. Rakesh Sonar, Sachin Doshi, Bhau Bhosale, Umesh Bhavad etc. and asked the missionaries to leave the temple area; but they paid no heed. The BD members then took away the pamphlets and took them to task. The pamphlets were in Marathi but none of them had knowledge of the language as all of them were from Kerala, currently residing in Nagadev wadi (Karveer taluka). (Sree Mahalakshmi Temple is a famous place of pilgrimage of Hindus. The vicious plan of missionaries to trap helpless Hindus can be foiled only with Hindu unity. – Editor SP) In the meanwhile, many devotees gathered at the place when the members of BD took the missionaries to Rajawada Police Station.

Permanent remedy on Christian Missionaries should be found !

In the year 2004, Muslims were using Madrasa as a Mosque illegally at Nagdev vadi. After the awareness created by ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ regarding this issue, the Grampanchayat passed the resolution and Madrasa was shut down permanently. In the same fashion, Bajrang Dal activists are going to write letter to the Grampanchayat to shut down the office of Christian Missionaries permanently. After the letter from Bajrang Dal, the Missionaries’ office will be shut down, assured Mr. Mangesh Patil, Deputy Chief of Nagdev vadi.
