Movement to be undertaken against Govt.’s destroying temples ! – Anil Ardak, Shiv Sena

  • Speeches of dignitaries on the second day of regional Hindu Convention held at Jalgaon
  • Session held on 22nd November

Jalgaon : Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj built temples on all forts because temples create ‘sattvikta’ and generate intense patriotism. Today, our temples are managed by the Government; therefore, there is large-scale corruption. Cows are sold to butchers and temple funds are used for development of minorities. Hindus should therefore, unite and get true information under RTI. All Hindus should stage movement forgetting their differences and castes, creeds and Sects. 5 temples were demolished at Sambhajinagar in last week; but nobody has shown guts to even touch 5 unauthorized mosques in the same city; only because Hindus are not united, stated Shri. Anil Ardak of Shiv Sena ‘Grahak-Samrakshan Manch’ during the regional Hindu Convention held here.

Discussions were held on issues like ‘Gou-raksha’, protection of temples, self-defence, land-jihad, indescency etc.

Cases will not be filed against ‘Gou-rakshaks’ if provisions in Constitution and laws are properly applied ! – Narendra Patil, Gou-raksha Dal, Nandurbar

A farmer sells his cow for Rs. 2000 to 5000/-. In Gujarat State, there is law banning cow-slaughter; therefore, cow-trafficking is taking place clandestinely in Maharashtra from Gujarat. This cow-trafficking reaches 40000 – 50000 animals. On 27th January 2015, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Sanatan Sanstha had organized a huge march at Nandurbar demanding prevention of cow-trafficking. 4000-5000 Hindus participated in this march taken out in lawful manner. HJS and Sanatan Sanstha have done their bit for implementation of law banning cow-slaughter in Maharashtra. Cases will not be filed against ‘Gou-rakshaks’ if we apply provisions of our Constitution and laws in appropriate manner. By establishing Hindu Rashtra, permanent solution will have to be found for banning cow-slaughter.

Lodge complaint with police for protection of cows ! – advocate Manish Verma

Advocate Manish Verma from Bhusaval said in his guidance on laws related to ‘Gou-rakshan’ that police initially try to avoid taking down complaint; but we should fill up the application properly and submit it to them. If police inspector is not responding, we can file a civil suit against him.

When vehicle loaded with cows is stopped with lot of sentiments, we forget about not causing harm in any way because we are not sure how other people would react. Instead, it is better to lodge a complaint as per procedure. It is a cognizable offence and has provision of 5 years imprisonment and Rs. 10,000/- as fine by way of punishment.

Change names of non-Indians given to towns, structures and cities – Shankar Jadhav, Sambhajinagar

Hindu Dharma has been attacked by changing names of only selected places. Hindus’ Deities are denigrated through films; but Hindutvavadi film based on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj has not yet been released.

If a woman hits at fanatic in self-defence, she is released under law – advocate Pankaj Patil, Jalgaon

By learning self-defence, if it is used to fight back fanatics in self-defence or protection of someone, the case is fought in High Court and it is required to be proved that fanatic was beaten for protecting self. When a fanatic tries to rape a woman and he is killed by her while protecting herself, she can be released under section 100.

Do not teach us which history we should forget ! – Sudhakar Chapalgaonkar, retired District Judge

Festivals held at Odisha, Badrinath, Ratha-yatra, Kedarnath, Kumbh-Mela are opposed for trivial reasons. Processions are not granted permission even here in the name of maintaining law and order. Proposals to change names of districts are also opposed. I had received an invitation to attend a meeting of political leaders. It was proposed in the meeting that Sambhajinagar should be considered to be developed as tourists’ place. I asked them should we show tourists ‘Bibi ka Makbara’, Daulatabad Fort and several huge gates erected by the Mughals ? There was rule of Shalivahan at Paithan. Was Sambhajinagar a barren place before invasion of Mughals? Don’t ask us such questions and don’t try to teach us  the history we should forget.

Be active and oppose to morning hooters ! – advocate Suresh Kulkarni, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishada

In ancient period, people used to wake up at the sound of ‘Veda-mantras’ and chirping of birds; but now, we are purposely woken up by blowing of loud hooters. Get information on prayer houses under RTI. If such places are unauthorized, inform local office bearers of ‘Sthanik Swarajya Samiti’ and verify their 7/12 records.
