‘Satsang’ by HJS at Bhavani Mandir, Chennai during Navaratri

Chennai : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held a ‘satsang’ in Shri Bhavani Mandir, Kolathur on 20th October during Navaratri festival. Sou. Sugandhi Jaikumar of HJS spoke on the topic of ‘Importance of Dharmacharan’. She explained the spiritual importance of Navaratri festival, ‘kumkumarchan’ and Deepavali; so also ill effects of crackers.

Highlights

  1. The temple priests requested HJS activists to hold ‘satsangs’ even on following 2 days till Dassera on learning about the topic.   
  2. About 70 people attended the ‘satsang’.
  3. The temple management has requested HJS to hold ‘satsang’ once in a month considering the response of the devotees.
