Hindus need to think if any other party can make such promise to them !

Ratnagiri (Maharashtra), 9th October – ‘We will fight for ‘Hindutva’ till end. We will implement Act banning cow-slaughter in Maharashtra after coming to power’, was the promise made by Shri. Uddhav Thackeray to activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) when representation on the subject was submitted to him during his visit here for election campaigning. He made the above promise when he was requested on behalf of HJS that the Bill pending with the President for past 19 years be passed.

Shri. Sanjay Joshi, Shri. Anil Jathar, Shri. Prashant Ashtekar of HJS and Shri. Hanumant Karambelkar of Sanatan Sanstha were present while submitting such representation. Shiv Sena MLA, Shri. Rajan Salvi, Shri. Sadanand Chavan, Shri. Uday Samant, former MLA, Shri. Bapusaheb Khedekar, Shri. Subhash Bane and other office bearers of the party were also present on the occasion. Shri. Thackeray said, “We elected Shri. Narendra bhai Modiji for protection of this nation. He is expected to safeguard the borders of this country. Pakistan is constantly firing on border areas; so it is not right for Modiji to spend time in holding election meetings all over the State.”
