Are Pune police secular when they stop HJS’ announcement made for creating awareness amongst people ? It seems they are striving to break all records of anti-Hindu activities.

Pune, Maharashtra – On S. M. Joshi Bridge, activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) were making an announcement using megaphone and making an appeal to people to immerse Shri Ganesh idols in flowing water by explaining science behind the same; but based on some false complaint, police stopped HJS activists from making the announcement. (Although a country where Hindus are in majority, creating awareness amongst Hindus is not allowed. This is the outcome of lack of unity amongst Hindus ! Hindu Rashtra is therefore necessary to change this situation ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

1. Like every year, HJS activists were creating awareness amongst devotees at various places.

2. As a part of creating awareness, announcement was being made on S. M. Joshi Bridge about immersion of Shri Ganesh idols in flowing water.

3. Assistant police inspector Rajendra Panhale and 2 more police officers reached there at 5.30 p.m.

4. Mr. Panhale said to HJS activists, “We have received complaints that you are pressurizing people to immerse idols in river; therefore, announcement made by you through megaphone should be stopped immediately.” (Why don’t the police disclose names of people that filed complaint against the awareness being created amongst Hindus ? Or are they just exerting pressure on Hindus under the pretext of a complaint ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

5. HJS activists explained to them that they were only explaining the science to people and not pressurizing them at all; but police were in no mood to listen. (How can such police do justice to ordinary citizens ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

6. Police told the activists that the ‘flex’ board displayed by HJS on the subject were enough and there was no need to make any announcements.
