HJS to hold ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ at Mapusa, Goa on March 2

Attempt to create awareness about cow-slaughter, temple thefts, the strategy of a Hindu in the election !

Panaji (Goa) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has organised Grand Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha at Sree Dev Bodgeshwar Maidan, Mapusa, Goa on 2ndMarch 2014 at 4.30 p.m. with a view to highlight  various problems like double standards by government towards minorities to prove their secularism, increasing number of thefts in the temples, unsafe atmosphere in society etc. HJS appeals to all Hindus to attend the sabha in large numbers. This appeal was made by Shri. Sangam Borkar, convenor, Hindu Dharmajagaruti sbha organising committee in a press conference held in the city on 24th February. Shri. Hanumant Parab of Govansh Raksha Abhiyan and Shri. Shivprasad Joshi of Hindu Mahasabha were also present at this time.

HJS press note further says that it is very much essential to create awareness among majority Hindus from social, national and spiritual point of view. The coming elections are very important from Hindus' point of view and a strategy has to be fixed regarding that. In this regard such Dharmajagruti Sabhas are going to give direction to the society. The HJS has created awareness among more than 12 lakhs people by organising more then 950 Dharmajagruti sabhas in 11 states and in 7 languages. HJS has successfully organised Hindu Dha rmajagruti Sabhas at Madkai, Panaji, Dicholi, Talavali-Ponda, Morji-Pedne, Madgao and Cancona in Goa in the last 4 months. This also includes the Dharmasabha held in the august presence of Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati Maharaj of Govardhan Pith from Govardhanmath, Puri (Orissa). As a result of creating awareness regarding Dharma many have adopted Bharatiya culture in their daily life. On the occasion of Dharmasabhas  Hindus come together under one banner forgetting their position, caste, party, organisation, sect etc. In order to achieve success in the sabha at Mapusa lot of preparations are going on in many cities in Goa since last 15 days by giving publicity through holding meetings, wall-charts, hoardings, hand-bills, social media like face book.
