Even after one year, no inquiry conducted against Shahrukh Khan for abusing national flag

• India is the only country where one has to undertake hunger strike for making the Government take action against person abusing own national flag!
• Such country is fit to live in slavery rather than being independent!

Complaining Patriotic citizens undertake hunger strike !

Mumbai : Last year, a case was filed against actor Shahrukh Khan for abusing national flag; but it has come to light that no inquiry has still been made in the case. The above information as obtained under RTI Act. ‘Lokjanashakti Party’ activists undertook hunger strike on 14th August to protest against such delay. The token hunger strike was held at Azad Maidan on 14th August.

1. On 14th August 2012, Shahrukh Khan had hoisted the national flag upside down during a program in Mumbai. (14th August is the Independence Day of Pakistan. Shahrukh Khan is a native of Peshawar in Pakistan and his love for Pakistan has been exhibited by him on number of occasions. It is, therefore, not surprising if he insults India’s flag and police, who are the slaves of Congress Government, don’t conduct any inquiry! 2. Shri. Ravindra Brahme, an activist of ‘Lokajanashakti’ had lodged a complaint with Chatushrungi police station in Pune. Pune police transferred the case to Bandra police station. 3. It has been found in the information obtained under RTI Act, that no investigation has taken place even after one year of committing of the offence.
4. A case has been filed against Shahrukh Khan under Sect 2 L/ ‘Prevention of insults to National Honour Act, 2005’ with Bandra Police Station.
5. If ordinary citizens break law, immediate action is taken against them; but Shahrukh Khan is an actor, therefore, no action is being taken against him, is the accusation made by Shri. Brahme. (Shahrukh Khan is an actor and moreover, he is a Muslim; therefore, how can police, in Congress Government, take action against him?
