An appeal to Hindus by staunch proud Hindu drama artist Sharad Ponkshe made in an open interview !

Dombivali (Maharashtra) : Youngsters of present day are told that Bharat attained independence through non-violence means. On the contrary, they should be apprised of the tales of bravery by Bharatiya heroes and martyrdom for the sake of the nations by Swatrantryaveer Savarakar, Netaji Bose etc. Due to failure to relate such tales of martyrdom, the citizens of the country, though numbering 125 Crores still lack the sensitiveness about the present condition of the nation. On the other hand, Congress Government takes no action despite encroachment committed by China. If such things continue unchecked, a day will come when we will have to listen to ‘breaking news’ that China started governing Bharat. Therefore, unfurl saffron flag by dismissing Congress in 2014 elections, else, Hindus will be ruined in the future. Such a frank opinion was expressed by proud Hindu drama artist Shri. Sharad Ponkshe.

Shri. Ponkshe was speaking during an open interview conducted by ex-resident editor of Daily Loksatta Shri. Sudhir Jogalekar in a programme organised by Laskar-E-Shivaba, a social organisation, in the play ground of Shiv Pratima Mitramandal. During the interview, Shri. Ponkshe gave frank replies to the questions asked about the various roles he has so far played. The concept of this programme was visualised by Shiv Sena Corporator Shri. Ramesh Mhatre, and the President of Laskar-E-Shivaba Shri. Nilesh Kale and his colleagues took special efforts for the success of the programme. On this occasion, many dignitaries active in educational, social, and political fields were felicitated. The programmed ended with a  recital of ‘Vande Mataram’. The programme was attended by BJP MLA Shri. Ravindra Chavan, newly elected Deputy-Mayor of  Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation Shri. Rahul Damale, Shaharparamukh of Shiv Sena Shri. Prabhakar Chaudhari, Organiser of Dombivali assembly constituency for Shiv Sena Shri. Tatya Mane, BJP District President of Kalyan Shri. Narendra Pawar, office bearers of Shiv Sena, BJP, and thousands of young and old audience.

85 percent of current electronic media is socialist minded !

Shri. Ponkshe had also worked as a journalist in his career. When Shri. Jogalekar asked a question, in that regard, about the state of present journalism, Shri. Ponkshe replied, “Nearly 85% of present media, especially the electronic media is socialist. It includes IBN Lokmat also. All these media work against Hindutva. They have not wasted a single opportunity to entirely blame Shri. Narendra Modi for the communal riots, which took place in Gujrat after Godhra carnage. However, they do not disclose the real reason behind the occurrence of these riots. On one hand, if the Muslims indulge in terrorist activities, it is stated that terrorists have no religion or caste. Terrorism itself is the only religion. However, on the other, they do not hesitate to call the term ‘Hindu Terrorism.’ The partiality of TV channels is very disgusting and causes anger. Earlier, no news was published without adequate proofs, but, nowadays, everything is published by assuming it to be correct. Whether the responsibility can be absolved just by putting a question mark after the news item ? In a real sense, ideal journalism has now come to an end. Most of the newspapers are owned by political parties or their leaders. Hence, selfless and frank journalism has nearly disappeared. Journalism should play frank and fearless role.

Today, everyone should march ahead by carrying flag of Hindutva ! – Niilesh Kale, Laskar-E-Shivaba

In his introductory speech, Shri. Kale said, “Hindu Dharma and culture are very great. Presently, Dharma and culture is preserved through various efforts. Laskar-E-Shivaba is an organisation of youth and putting in efforts to preserve Hindu culture. Henceforth, we will keep the torch of Hindutva aflame through the programmes of awakening Hindutva. Today, it is essential to march ahead by bearing the flag of Hindutva not on shoulders, but on head.
