‘Dharmacharan’ necessary for keeping away from addictions – H. B. P. Paliwal Maharaj

Karanja (Vardha, Maharashtra) : We are drifting apart from ‘Dharmacharan’ and blindly following western culture; as a result, the society has fallen prey to various addictions. Many problems are created due to the addiction of liquor spoiling social health. People should follow Hindu culture and ‘Dharmacharan’ to overcome this problem, said H. B. P. Ashok Paliwal Maharaj in his address during Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on 15th June, Sunday at Karanja. The ‘sabha’, attended by about 150 devout Hindus, was also addressed by Mr. Nandkumar Jadhav of Sanatan Sanstha and Mr. Hemant Khatri of HJS.

In the beginning, dignitaries lighted the lamp followed with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Mr. Nandkumar Jadhav apprised the members of audience of the Congress Government’s oppression and harassment meted out to Sanatan Sanstha. He also explained about the spiritual progress achieved by Sanatan’s seekers despite such adverse conditions and told about the measures to be undertaken to achieve fast spiritual progress. Mr. Hemant Khatri said that the Government was creating history of new scams every day. The Government was concerned neither about the protection of Nation nor about the welfare of citizens. It was only worried about how to remain in power. Corruption has become a way of life. The movement started by Swami Ramdevbaba in democratic manner was crushed by the Government; but nothing was done to bring back the black money; therefore, establishment of Hindu Nation is the need of the hour. Audience was introduced to ‘Daink Sanatan Prabhat’ and various activities undertaken by HJS with the help of a projector. Miss Swati Nikhar did compeering of the ‘sabha’ that was concluded with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’. Pujya Ramdas Maharaj from Mannathgad (Ghogra, Dist. Vardha) graced the ‘sabha’ with his auspicious presence.
