If we do not become alert towards protection of Dharma, it will be difficult to even go out in future – Bhagavatacharya H. B. P. Kamaltai Tank

Rotha (Dist. Vardha, Maharashtra) : Anti-Hindus have always opposed the activities undertaken for protection of Dharma in the past and the opposition will continue even in future. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi sacrificed their life for protection of Dharma and Truth. One should be ready to sacrifice life for protection of Dharma. As one faces opposition for activities related to Dharma, he gains strength from God. If we do not become alert towards protection of Dharma, it will be difficult to even go out, stated Bhagavatacharya H.B.P. Kamaltai Tank in her guidance during ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’ held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the grounds of Sri Renumata Devasthana at Rotha, District Vardha. Mrs. Sunita Jamnare of HJS and Miss Sharvari Padhye of Sanatan Sanstha also addressed the ‘sabha’ attended by about 550 Hindus.

The ‘sabha’ began with lighting of lamp by Bhagavatacharya H. B. P. Kamaltai Tank. Mr. Anup Chaudhary, a representative of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ was felicitated on the occasion when he expressed his views. Mr. Rhushikesh Khalatkar first made introduction of HJS to the members of audience.

Miss Swati Nikhar did compeering of the ‘sabha’. 15 resolutions were passed in this ‘sabha’ which was also attended by H. B. P. Shankar Maharaj Tidke, Mr. Deepak Vadhankar, Sarpanch of Rotha, its deputy Sarpanch Mr. Gajanan Soyam, Dr. Vijay Chaudhary, the President of Sri Renumata Devsthana and other dignitaries.

Highlights

  • Advertisement of the ‘sabha’ was done only by going door to door and extending invitation verbally. Pamphlets etc. were not distributed; even then, the attendance of Hindus was quite noteworthy.
