Pre event meeting for Hindu Dharma Jagruti Sabha was held at Navund

Navund (Udupi, Karnataka) : As a part of the events leading up to the Hindu Dharma Jagruti Sabha to be held on 20th Feb. 2011 a pre event meeting was held at Navund. About 28 people attended the meeting.

Mr. Ravindra Kamat and Mr. VijayKumar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti addressed the audience.

They elaborated the mission and objectives of the samiti, the tasks to be undertaken in preparation for the sabha, how devout Hindu could render service to the nation and to Dharma by participate in this noble mission and other related points.

A VCD related to the Samiti’s activities in the direction of protecting the nation and dharma and thereby building the nation was exhibited on the occasion. During the meeting the audience participated actively and expressed eagerness to help in the preparations for the sabha. Planning related to a few aspects of the sabha was also done during this meeting. Many from among the audience stayed back after the meeting was over, for informal discussions though it was very late by the time the meeting ended.
