Stress free life possible by overcoming personality defects ! – Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh) : According to a survey, 79 percent of employees in the corporate sector face stress on a daily basis. This stress has an adverse effect on 76 percent of people. We lack coping skills, resulting in stress. Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, guided the officials and employees of Northern Coalfields Limited that it is necessary to work on personality defects and ego in order to acquire this skill.

A workshop on Stress Relief was organised for the officials and employees of Northern Coalfields Limited at the local Nigahi Anandam Auditorium. The program started with the lighting of the lamp. On this occasion, Chairman and Managing Director of Northern Coalfields Limited B. Sairam, Director (Personnel) Manish Kumar, Director (Finance) Rajneesh Narain, Director (Technical) Jitendra Malik, Director Sunil Prasad Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer Ravindra Prasad, Independent Director Subeena Bansal and others were present. The workshop was well appreciated prompting the organisers to plan more workshops in future.

Sadguru Singbal further said, “Giving the mind an auto-suggestion is an effective way to reduce stress. Auto-suggestion is the instruction given by our intellect to the inner mind to control the defects or shortcomings. Auto-suggestions help us change our thoughts and feelings. Thousands of people are benefiting from it. Chanting the Name of God reduces psychological weaknesses and increases positive energy. So we can remain stable even in difficult situations.
