Dadoji Kondadev Issue: HJS submits memorandum to Collector

Issue of deleting the true history of Dadoji Kondadev from the History text book !

Yawatmal (Maharashtra): Devout Hindu organizations and proud Hindus submitted a memorandum to the Collector in Yawatmal, for deleting from the 4th standard History textbook the part stating that, Dadoji Kondadev was Shivaji Maharaj’s Guru. They have protested against the government for changing the true history, in which, ‘Dadoji Kondadev was Shivaji Maharaj’s Guru teaching him warfare tactics’ was mentioned.

They have also protested against the cancellation of the award given in the name of ‘Dadoji Kondadev’. In addition to this, they have demanded in the memorandum, the reprint of the true history and renewal of the award as before, ban on the books insulting Saints and National Leaders, written by M.M. Deshmukh, Shrimant Kokate, Purushottam Khedekar, Anand Yadav and A.H. Salunkhe.

Mr. Pravin Prajapati, BJP, Mr. Raju Dange, Shivsena, Mr. Raju Gayakwad, Mr. Raju Tembhare, Mr. Girish Vyas, Mr. Raju Phalke, Sanatan Sanstha, Mr. Shyam Munde, Mr. Vilas Deshmukh, Mr. Anant Atravalkar and Mr. Lahu Khamankar, Hindu Janjagriti Samiti were present while submitting the memorandum.
