Union minister Sibbal to plead for M.F. Hussain in high court !

April 2, 2008

Pandharpur (Maharashtra): The case against Hindu basher painter Maqbul Fida Hussain for hurting religious feelings of millions of Hindus by drawing nude pictures of Hindu Deities came up for hearing in high court here today. Pandit Beemacharya Varkhedkar and government pleader Shri. Gopal Subramanyam pleaded on behalf of the petitioner Shri. Dwaipayan Varkhedkar. The union minister Advocate Kapil Sibbal will plead the case on behalf of M.F. Husain on Friday. (By taking the brief of the Hindu hater painter, the Congress MP Shri. Sibbal has proved that he has scant respect for the religious feelings of the Hindus. What right does such MPs have to contest for the MP’s post in a Hindu dominated nation? – Editor)

The hearing took place before the bench of justice Shri. Sanjay Kishan Kaul and arguments were made on the issue whether the case should be heard or dismissed. The petitioner argued that the suit was filed against Husain in Pandharpur in Maharashtra. The case was transferred to Delhi and thereafter in to metropolitan court. During all entire course of proceedings, the convenience of the accused was taken into account and not of the petitioner. The government pleader explained that Hussain's request to cancel the case was against the ethics of judiciary. The next hearing is slated on Friday, April 4, 2008.

An Appeal

The case against M.F. Husain will continue to be fought with a view to stop the onslaughts on the religious feelings of the Hindus. The entire expenditure in this regard is being borne by the petitioner Shri. Varkhedkar. He has appealed for financial help to continue the legal fight. Those who are interested to extend monetary assistance may contact Shri. Dwaipayan Varkhedkar, Patrakar Nagar, Bhakti Marg, Pandharpur, Maharashtra. Tel. No.: (02182) 223850; Mobile : 9226433970.

Though no Hindu will do this, what stops them from painting Sibbal's and Hussein's mother/wife/daughter/sister naked and present it to the public?

Don't these fools realise that they're creating precedents which might hurt their own mother/daughter/sister/wife someday? And at the same time hurt many many others?

Shameless people, these congress gundas.

What else one can expect from Congress and Congressmen. They did not care for the Hindus whose population was over 25% in the erstwhile Pakistan (now it stands about 1.5% in Pakistan and 10.5% in Bangladesh). They are a party for the elimination of hindus in Pakistan. They are a mute spectators in the ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Kashmir. Their anti-hindu credentials are wide open. Perhaps, they may be paid for the services from anti-hindu organisations.
