Mumbai : A news item was published on ‘Bhaskar.com’, the website of Dainik Bhaskar, a Marathi daily newspaper after India defeated South Africa in Cricket World-Cup 2015 tournament; through which there was denigration of Bhagavan Srikrushna and Srimat Bhagavat Geeta.

In this news, Abraham Benjamin de Villiers (more commonly known as AB de Villiers) was shown in the form of Arjuna. Bhagavan Srikrushna had enlightened Arjuna through Bhagavat Geeta; similarly, Villiers has been shown as being guided on cricket. It is denigration of Bhagavan Srikrushna, Arjuna and Bhagavat Geeta.
