Hatred of Church’s fanatic Father about Sanatan Sanstha & Hindu Janjagruti Samiti

Shravan Krushnapaksha 1, Kaliyug Varsha 5116

Father Victor Ferrov has written an article in daily ‘The Navhind Times’ published from Goa on 29.06.2014 with the heading “Goa’s response to cultural monism”, criticizing Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janjagruti Samiti.
Refutation for the criticism in this article here……

Verbose criticism by Father Ferrov

It is natural and obvious for Father Ferrov to criticise Sanatan Sanstha & Hindu Janjagruti Samiti. Both these

organizations are in the forefront in opposing the conversions of Hindus in Goa & other parts of India by Christian Missionaries. Obviously, Father Ferrav holds grudge against this opposition to conversions, but it seems he has lost his mind right from the title of the article. The meaning of word “Monism” is non-duality of existence. Based on the various answers we get to questions like how many entities and how many types of entities are there, Monism and opposing dualism & multism doctrines got established in the theosophy. Off course, these concepts are related to philosophy and in no way related to “culture”. Father Ferrov may not be aware of this. May be he meant “Monopoly”.

Baseless allegations against Sanatan & Hindu Janjagruti Samiti

Such irrelevance is found throughout the article. Other than few points in the article. most of the points are even, not worth taking note of. This includes Sanatan Sanstha & Hindu Janjagruti Samiti are anti-national organizations, they do not have love for Nation, they want to bifurcate the nation etc. The organizations who consider non-duality in Rashtra & Dharma need not answer to these allegations.

In the allegation, Father Ferroav has mentioned, 'a cultural process which is a gift of ancient Indian Traditions and by rejecting this process, Sanatan Sanstha has declared a cultural war'. This allegation is baseless. Father Ferrov would agree that the multifaceted Indian culture mentioned by him cannot include current social activities of Drugs pedaling, Pub, Carnivals, Casinos, Dance bars and Gohatya (Killing of Holy cows).

Opposition to Christian Missionaries is the cause of Hatred against Sanatan by Father Ferrov !

As per Hindu Dharma-Granth, everybody has a right to act; however, above mentioned cultural (?) activities are not a part of this right. The ancient Indian culture existing for centuries is multifaceted, but it is not the one Father Ferrov meant. Hindus' various ways of celebrating events, marriage and other sixteen sanskars, last rites and various methods of Shraddha are existing right from Jammu-Kashmir. This includes even the tribals. Hindu Dharma is proud of them and both organizations respect it. Going a single day per week to a place of worship and praying, or people of all religions of the world practising only one method, is not expected by Hindu Dharma. Rather by respecting the freedom of thought, even non-believers can get a respectable position as “Rushi”. This is possible only in Hindu Dharma.

People who donot follow a particular religious practice will go to hell or such “Kafir” should be killed and their properties taken away, their women & children should be made slaves, can never become a part of Hindu Dharma. Is Father Ferrov not aware of this ? It is not possible to compare European nations which are divided even when their religion is same due to differences in language & traditions to a country like Bharat which is bound by the common thread of Hindu Dharma withstanding varied languages & traditions across India.

Therefore, Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janjagruti Samiti’s opposition to the western culture which is harming rich Indian culture is appropriate. But this opposition is a hurdle in conversion activities of Christian missionaries, and which forces Father Ferrov to allege this. Why is Christianity propagated by not impressing the greatness of Christianity, but by attempting to imitate Hindu Gods, Dharma Granth, dresses, temples? Will Father Ferrov answer this?

Will Father Ferrov talk about Muslims refusing to sing ”Vande Matram”?

At many places in the article, Father Ferrov has mentioned Bharat as his “Motherland”. Why the efforts to convert this motherland from its Dharma? Similarly, will Father Ferrov express his opinion about the large number of Muslim opposition to sing our National song “Vande-Matram” greeting the Mother Land ?

What social earth quake has hit Goa due to Hindu Adhiveshan?

This article was targeted at the “Third All India Hindu Adhiveshan (Convention)” held in Goa. Similar meets are held by various religions. It is unfortunate for Hindus that such kind of meet need to be organized in Bharat. However, will Father Ferrov tell us what social earth quake did occur due to this meet? We consider Goa as the land of Parshuram. Considering the geographical size of Goa, it has large number of temples probably nowhere else in the country. These temples have survived the destruction of temples during “inquisition” period and the satvikta (purity) of Goa is still intact. This only reason is good enough to hold Hindu Adhiveshan in Goa.
