Saints Convention and ‘Matru – Pitru Divas’ celebrated instead of Valentine Day at Ulhasnagar

Ulhasnagar (Dist. Thane) : Saints have become active to protect nation and Dharma; therefore, H. H. Asaramji Bapu advised to celebrate ‘Matru – Pitru Divas’ to arrest the virus of ‘Valentine Day’. It is observed that youth, who are walking on the path shown by Bapu, are going in the right direction. After Swami Vivekananda, H. H. Asaramji Bapu is doing the job of propagation of Hindu Dharma all over the world. Pujya Bapu has been detained in jail; but those who are his real disciples will continue to be there and those, who are not strong, will drop out. For ‘Dharma-karya’, there is no need of ‘Kauravas,’ who were large in number; but 5 ‘Pandavas’ are enough. One, who serves his country and Dharma, has heaven at his feet’, stated Swami Chakrapani Maharaj, the President of ‘Akhil Bharateeya Saint Mahasabha’.

Mammoth Convention of Saints was organized on the occasion of ‘Matru – Pitru Divas’ celebrations on 14th February at ‘Gol Maidan’ in Ulhasnagar. Shri. Akhilesh Tiwari of ‘Brahmin Seva Sangh’, Shri. Kumar Ailani, BJP’s MLA, Pujya Arvindji Maharaj from Shirdi, Sai Kaliramji, Sai Leelaramji, the President of Zulelal Mandir, Shri. Sanjay bhai of ‘Sri Yoga Vedanta Samiti’, Shri. Anand Jakhotia, Sanatan Sanstha’s spokesperson and Shri. Dilip Mangaonkar, recently acquitted in Margao bomb blast case were present on the occasion. The program was attended by more than 1500 devotees. ‘Matru- Pitru pujan’ was performed after the program. The program was concluded with singing of Sadguru’s ‘aarti’ followed with ‘mahaprasad’. Other Saints and dignitaries addressed the audience.

Shri. Jakhotia said, “Everyone needs to know who was Valentine. On 14th February, on the occasion of Valentine Day, about greetings cards of Rs. 15,000 crore are sold, a rose flower is sold at Rs. 50/- on that day instead of its normal price of Rs. 10/- . By doing all these things, we are converting ourselves for one day. Dangers like ‘love jihad’ become stronger due to Valentine Day because many girls fall in the trap of false love on this day. Jihadi terrorists satiate their lust by molesting girls which follows with several cases of abortions; therefore, such unrighteous ‘Valentine Day’ should be opposed.”
