  • O Hindus, reprimand the Congress Government legally for forcing upon you the bill having many discrepancies and which is attacking Hindu Dharma !

  • Congress Government having hatred for devout Hindu organisations, whereas love for atheists and heretics !

Nagpur (Maharashtra) : There is a need for correction in the Black Magic Bill. While speaking to news channels in Vidhan Bhavan on 12th December, Social Welfare Minister Shivajirao Moghe said that many corrections/alterations are going to be made in the Bill to avoid causing harm to anyone by misusing the Bill and to avoid the use of the Bill unjustly.

A meeting was held between Chief Minister Pruthviraj Chavhan, Social Welfare Minister Shivajirao Moghe and senior Government officers in Vidhan Bhavan. That time they had discussion over the necessary changes to be made in the proposed Bill.

While giving information about this meeting to the representatives of the news channels, Moghe said

1. We have deleted words like ‘Blind faith’ and many others. The bill is not against any religion. Many of the suggested changes by MLAs are good and appropriate among them, will be accepted. After making all the corrections the Bill will be passed unanimously in this winter session only.

2. Although the opposition has demanded that the Bill must be sent to the Standing Committee, yet they are not very particular about it. We are thinking positively regarding the provision to be made that third party should not have the right to complain. Although we are able to pass the Bill due to having majority, yet we will not do like that. (Who will trust the Congress rulers giving false promises to the people repeatedly ? – Editor Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) If there are discrepancies in the Bill then that can be challenged in the court. Hence we will be trying to make the Bill legally viable.

An employee present there said, under the condition of not disclosing his name that, Shyam Manav comes many times to the Social Welfare Minister for discussion.

Article written by Prof. Shyam Manav of ANiS in monthly Lokarajya published in the name of Social Welfare Minister !

The monthly Lokrajya which is being published by Maharashtra Government, an article written by Prof. Shyam Manav was published in the name of Social Welfare Minister in September 2013 issue. Does Social Welfare Minister Moghe act according to the fancy of Prof. Manav ?, is a doubt expressed by devout Hindus.

The Government needs agents to formulate the anti-Black Magic bill !- MLA Divakar Ravte

If the Government needs agents to make the anti-Black Magic bill then instead of holding the meeting in the Secretariate/Mantralay it should be called at Dalal Street in Mumbai, was a vile remark made in the assembly by the Group leader of Shivsena,  Mr. Divakar Ravte. While exposing the anti-law system, Mr. Ravte said, Shyam Manav is going around asking, if any change has to be made, any word to be deleted, then tell me. I will tell the Government to delete the word. Who is Manav asking us about the changes we need in the law ? This means the Government needs agents to make the anti-Black Magic Law. Shyam Manav is the agent of the Government and the law now  has gone into the hands of agents.
