Huge march against anti-superstitions Act taken out in Solapur !

Solapur : Clauses in anti-superstitions Act are not precise and can create confusion amongst people. After passing the Ordinance, such type of offences did take place in durgahs and churches; but no action was taken; which shows that the Act would be applicable only to Hindus.  There is a conspiracy to eliminate Hindu Dharma through the medium of such Act and Hindus should oppose such anti-superstitions Act with all their might ! The above appeal was made by Shri. Sudhir Tavare, the Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) during a huge march taken out on 24th November through the medium of ‘Rashtreeya Hindu Andolan’, by HJS and other pro-Hindu organizations with similar ideology, to protest against anti-superstitions Act. The march was concluded at Zilha Parishada. Shri. Tavare was speaking during conclusion program. 200 devout Hindu men and women took part in the march.

A representation will be submitted to the District Collector on behalf of HJS through its delegation on 25th November.

Yoga Vedanta Samiti’s Ramesh Kulkarni said, “In a country where Hindus are in majority, such anti-Hindu Acts are passed to harass Hindus and their Saints. In the same country, however, if rulers commit any crime, they are allowed to contest election.”

Madhav Chavan, a devout Hindu said, “Saints have eradicated superstitions to teach Hindus how to abide by Dharma. If this Act is passed, we will intensely oppose it. Whenever HJS makes an appeal, we will join HJS in their activities.”
