Novera Sheikh, the owner of Hira group has been running a madarasa at Tirupati since 20 years where 150 children are studying. He obtained permission to raise two storeys on the pretext of setting up education centre for those students; but he has constructed additional floors which are unauthorized. He was, therefore, issued a notice in May and August 2012; still he continued with construction. Now, a 7-storeyed building has been built and the State Government has not yet given permission for the University. A board has also been put up about the university on the said building. Last year, MP Akbaruddin Owaisi had filed a case against Novera Shiekh accusing him of cheating people by setting up a fake company. It needs to be found out that who was providing funds to Sheikh. We are trying to get information on the same.
