Phalgun Krushnapaksha 12, Kaliyug Varsha 5114

Shirdi (Maharashtra) : Considering the inconceniences faced by devotees, Sambhajinagar Bench of Mumbai High Court has ordered Sai Mandir Sansthan to provide all amenities to them. Orders to provide free food, set up ‘Gou-shala’, set up project for providing pure drinking water, start printing press etc. were also given by the Court. Shri. Rajendra Gondkar and Sandip Kulkarni, residents of Shirdi had filed PIL to solve problems faced by devotees visiting Sai Mandir to have ‘darshan’. (Due to  of temples, the famous temples of Hindus have become grazing grounds of corrupt politicians. Congress Govt. has taken over these temples to loot all the money donated with great devotion by religious Hindus; therefore, they have no time to pay attention to devotees. These rulers feel that devotees will bear all inconveniences without grumbling. In such situation, the orders given by the Court are inadequate. The Court should release all Hindu temples from the clutches of the Government and hand over their management to devotees. In Hindu Rashtra, Hindu temples will be managed by seekers and they will be centres for undertaking spiritual practice for seekers and devotees ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Other instructions given by the Court

1. Stop issuing entry pass to VVIPs. Those who want to have such ‘darshan’, will pay for the entry pass as such      issuing entry passes in this manner will not require any influence.

2. Good quality wheat should be purchased for providing ‘chapatis’ to devotees.

3. Provide pouch of drinking water to devotees for free.

4. Like Tirupati, provide snacks packets to devotees standing in the queue for ‘darshan’.

5. Start ‘Gou-shala’ on permanent basis for requirement of milk, ghee and cow-dung.

6. To avoid expenditure on printing of annual calendars and ‘Sai-charitra’, start a printing press.

7. Instead of spending money on erecting marquee, sheds on hire basis, have own arrangements.
