Stop harming people, nation and Dharma by not bursting crackers ! : HJS

Akola (Maharashtra) : Bursting crackers with pictures of Deities cause desecration and it also causes pollution in the atmosphere increasing spiritual distress. Prevent such harm being caused to nation, Dharma and people, was the appeal made by Mr. Dheeraj Raut of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in a press conference held at ‘Ratnam Lawn’ Hall in Akola.

Miss Pranita Pachade of Sanatan Sanstha showed video-clips to the reporters explaining adverse effects of crackers. Handbill on ‘Spiritual science behind celebrating Diwali’ was also given to all reporters. Mr. Shrikant Bhat of Sanatan Sanstha did compeering of the program. The press conference was attended by representatives of many newspapers; all of whom promised to extend necessary cooperation as creating such awareness amongst people was necessary.
