Shrinagar (J&K) : An incident of secret recording of the women pilgrims bathing in the tents erected for Amarnath pilgrims has come to fore . Two people have been arrested following a complaint lodged by a woman pilgrim. It is revealed that they have made such obscene recordings of 200 women pilgrims so far on their mobile phones. Both the arrested men are the camp-workers for the pilgrims. Their names could not be known.

A woman pilgrim from Jullundur had lodged the complaint. When she was taking bath inside a tent erected near the Baltal helipad, a young man had made a video-recording of her bathing through a hole in the tent. Pressure is being put on her to take back the complaint. Additional information on this was not available.

Supreme Court orders establishment of a security committee

Considering the increasing incidents of death among the Amaranath pilgrims, the Supreme Court has admitted suo-moto petition based on the newspaper reports and has ordered the Government to establish a security committee for the protection of the pilgrims. The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir will be the Chair-person of this committee. (If Supreme Court needs to file a suo-moto petition for supplying the security to the Hindu pilgrimage by taking cognizance on its own , why do we need a white elephant called Administration and Government ? This situation has arisen only because of the anti-Hindu National Conference Government in Kashmir and Congress Government at the Centre. Establishment of Hindu Nation is the only solution to this problem ! – Editor, Daily Sanatan Prabhat)
