Solapur (Maharashtra): Muslims have started illegal construction of mosque at Kannayyanagar in Majrewadi here. Hindus from nearby area have submitted a representation to the District Collector against this construction.

Jamkhed (Maharashtra): Devout Hindus submitted representation to Tehsildar of Jamkhed against issue of Miraj Riots. A 'Bandh' was also observed on 10 September. Also at Vani, representation was submitted to Dy. Zonal Officer.

Erandol (Maharashtra): A Muslim was beaten up for taking photograph of a Hindu woman travelling by the same public transport vehicle on Jalagon – Erandol route.

Ichalkaranji (Maharashtra): Muslims had started unauthorised construction of a mosque on the government land at Shirdhon (taluka Shirol). Devout Hindus, however, strongly opposed it and finally, it has been demolished by Muslims.

Jalgaon (Maharashtra):Devout Hindus took out a rally today to demand taking down hooters from 3 mosques in Savda. They later, submitted a memorandum to Shri. Mainkar, the police inspector.

Dharangaon (Dist. Jalgaon): A Hindu young girl walking through Khatri lane was harassed by 5 Muslims. They tried to stop her and were forcing her to go with them.

Pune (Maharashtra): Shri. Milind Ekbote and his associates from ‘All India Agriculture Gou-sewa Sangh’ helped to release 7 cows along with other cattle while they were being taken to a slaughter house.

New Delhi: Scores of Sikhs and Hindus took to streets and staged a protest outside the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi against the excesses of Taliban in Pakistan against minorities.

Pune (Maharashtra): Hindus fought for releasing 250 cows brought to slaughter house in a city in District Pune; but they could not succeed in releasing them for some reason. They had to retreat.

Nanded (Maharashtra): A Muslim youth who works here in a mobile phone shop teased a Hindu girl. The Hindus here taught him a lesson by beating him black and blue.
