Hindu Religious symbols on the Gyanvapi Mosque are being destroyed !

Hindu side’s advocate H.H. Hari Shankar Jain’s serious allegations

Advocate H.H. Hari Shankar Jain

Varanasi (UP) – In 1996, a survey was conducted in the area of the Gyanvapi Mosque. Even then, a complete survey could not be conducted despite the Court orders. However, a report was submitted to the Court. Symbols related to Hindu temples were found in the mosque. But, they are being destroyed now so that the early presence of the temple cannot be noticed.  I can say this with conviction, said H.H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain. He was speaking with the Aaj Tak News Channel. H.H. Hari Shankar Jain is the Hindu side’s advocate for the Kashi Vishwanath Temple versus the Gyanvapi Mosque Court case.

Court Commissioner and advocates of both the parties had to withdraw due to the opposition of Muslims to conducting surveys and photography of Shringar Gauri Temple and Gyanvapi Mosques. Survey and photography orders were issued by the Varanasi Civil Court. H. H. (Adv.) Jain made the above statements about it.

If an interior survey of Gynavapi Mosque is conducted, then it will reveal the earlier existence of the temple

H.H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain said that a survey conducted outside the mosque revealed signs that earlier there was a temple. Two large Swastikas were found on the wall of the mosque. Remains of a fragmented Idol were also found. Pictures of Deities were seen carved on some of the stones. We believe that if the interior of the mosque is surveyed, evidence of a temple will be found. We hope that this time the survey will be completed. We are fighting our battle to the best of our ability and we will liberate Kashi Vishwanath.

Asaduddin Owaisi is consciously becoming ignorant

AIMIM President and MP Asaduddin Owaisi had mentioned the Religious Places Act 1991 while opposing the survey. About that, H. H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain said that either he does not know anything or he is showing ignorance despite knowing it. The law opposes tampering with any religious site. The structure of Gyanvapi Masjid has remained like a temple since ancient times. Until the year 1990, worship was being done in the basement of the Gyanvapi Mosque. The Deities were worshipped on all four sides of the mosque. Even when Mulayam Singh Yadav’s Government was in power, worship was taking place. Even today, the Vyas family has the right to go to the basement of the mosque and worship at the original temple site. The Religious Places Act does not allow us to abandon the fight to free our temple from the clutches of invaders.

Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi, Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, and Bhojshala will also be released

Our list includes not only Gyanvapi but also Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi Temple in Mathura, as well as Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal and Bhojshala in Madhya Pradesh. No matter how long it takes for that, we will continue to fight, said H. H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain said.

Editorial viewpoint : The allegation made by H.H. (Adv.) Jain is very serious and if this is happening then the Government should intervene in this matter and bring out the truth.
