24 hour security for the Vithal Rukmini temple at Pandharpur


Nagpur (Maharashtra): The IG Police (special) of Solapur has given an application to Inspector General of Police Maharashtra Increase the strength of the security personnel by 200 for the security of the Vithal and Rukhmani Temple at Pandharpur as well as for the Law and order in the city of Pandharpur. In the Vidhan Parishad the Deputy Chief Minister Shri R.R.Patil, in reply to the written question, said presently the Temple has 24 hr. security by the number of personnel allocate by the police station. (Why not arrange to finish off terrorists instead of superficial remedies like increasing the number of security personnel? No alternative for Righteous Revolution to remove the impotent Congress government that is keeping the Hindu temples under the shadow of terrorists! – Editor)

Shri Patil further said 2 officers and 6 police personnel have been appointed to protect the Temples Treasury. Further 5 officers and 75 personnel have been permanently allocated for the temples security. (What is the big thing in announcing this? Instead of this why not try to solve the main issue of terrorism? – Editor) Shri. Sedative Pol and Shri. Jitendra Ahavad had asked the question of a special police station for the security of Vithal Rukmini at Pandharpur.
