Devout Hindus hold demonstrations in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu !

Bangalore / Chennai : Rashtreeya Hindu Andolan held demonstrations at Mangaluru, Udupi, Hubli etc. in Karnataka and at Chennai in Tamil Nadu for various demands.

  1. In demonstrations held in Karnataka, demand was made to help Hindus from Pakistan and Hindu refugees who have come to India from there.
  2. Activists of Sriram Sena burnt the flag of Pakistan at Rani Chennamma Chowk, Hubli to express anger. Shri. Ganesh Kadam of Sriram Sena, Shri. Mohan Gauda, State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) were present on the occasion. Many devout Hindus joined the demonstrations.
  3. Dainik Vijayvani, the biggest newspaper of Karnataka took notice of these demonstrations by publishing continuously for two days, information about the demonstrations. News about condition of Hindus in Pakistan was also published. On the day of demonstrations, article about condition of Hindus in Pakistan was published on the first page besides publishing on the first page, in a bracket, information about HJS staging demonstrations under ‘Rashtreeya Andolan’.
  4. ‘Spandan’ channel of Udupi gave priority to the news of demonstrations during its afternoon news session.

Chennai : Devout Hindus held demonstrations against Sebastian Seeman, the anti-Hindu film director and founder of ‘Nam Tamilar Lyakkam ’ during national Hindu convention. About 350 devout Hindus participating in demonstrations made a demand for arrest of Seeman for denigrating Hindu Deities and hurting religious sentiments of Hindus all over the world. Various organizations which took part in the demonstrations were BJP, VHP, ‘Mandir Pujari Sangh’, Hindu Mahasabha, Shiv Sena, Hindu Makkal Katchi and HJS.
