Karad (Dist. Satara, Maharashtra): Hindus should become patriots, love and respect their Dharma and should have self-respect. They should not forget their culture and ‘Dharmacharan’. Those who insult Nation, Dharma, Mother and Cow, never prosper in life. God has immense power and one has to become His devotee to activate that power. Considering some of the policies of the Government, it seems that it will take over management of the temples. We should therefore, elect devout rulers to prevent such things from happening. The above valuable guidance was given by H. H. Sh. B. 108 Neelkanth Shivacharya Dhareshwar Maharaj during Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at ‘Preetisangam Ghat’ on River Krushna. Mrs. Gauri Khilare of Sanatan Sanstha and Mr. Vinay Panwalkar of HJS also addressed the ‘sabha’ held on 14th December. The ‘sabha’ was attended by about 3500 devout Hindus.

The ‘sabha’ began with lighting of lamp by H. H. Sh. B. 108 Neelkanth Shivacharya Dhareshwar Maharaj. It was compeered by Mrs. Rupa Mahadik and Mr. Abhijit Bhosale. Mr. Manohar Jadhav of HJS presented a review of HJS activities. Mr. Deepak Singh of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ expressed his views. The ‘sabha’ was concluded with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ by Miss Priyanka Gurav and Miss Snehal Jadhav. A signature drive was undertaken asking the Government to come out with a coin with picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Come together against oppression of pro-Hindu organizations ! – Mrs. Gauri Khilare, Sanatan Sanstha

Sanatan seeker is ground under the stone of secularism. Every nationalist and devout Hindu will face the same situation today or tomorrow. Those, who feel that such oppression and insult should be prevented, should unite against the attacks on Hindus or pro-Hindu organizations. Every Hindu should also increase his spiritual strength.

Hailing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is not allowed in his land, this is suppression by the Government ! – Mr. Vinay Panwalkar, HJS

We are living in bondage when the history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is before of us. On 12th December, a rally was taken out in Karad to propagate for Dharmajagruti Sabha. The police granted permission for the rally but prohibited hailing of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The permission was, in fact, granted on this condition. Can it be called a democracy or is it suppression? How can the Government dare to impose such conditions in the Nation where Hindus are in majority? When there are independent countries of followers of other religions, why can’t there be a separate Nation for Hindus? Dharma is the soul of the Nation.

Police from Intelligence Bureau took photographs of the pictures displayed in photo-exhibition on ‘terrorism in Kashmir’ with the help of their cell phones. (Hindus, keep a note of the police who have refused permission to raise slogans hailing Chhatrapati Shivaraya. Take the Government to task and follow up the matter till action is taken against the police who granted such conditional permission. Tomorrow, if such police are caught by violent Muslims, decide whether they should be saved or not ! – Editor SP)
