Devout Hindus will once again challenge the proposal in the Court of Law

Kerala: On 12th May 2007, anti-Hindu Kerala Government had declared the ‘Raja Ravi Varma’ award to anti-Hindu painter M F Hussain. The Court had passed a Stay-order’ against the decision of the State Government when devout Hindus had challenged the Government decision. The ‘Stay-order’ was passed by the Court on 12th September 2007. The Kerala Government could not present the award to Hussain for following 2 years i.e. 2007 and 2008. Now the Government has once again filed an affidavit in the Court on 20th January 2009 vowing to confer the award for the year 2007 to Hussain. (This indicates hatred of communist State Government towards Hindus – Editor). The Government’s affidavit is going to be challenged by Shri. Ravi Varma, a Hindu devout in the Court (There is a need of such devout Hindus all over the country – Editor).

Smt. K. Sushila, the Joint Secretary in the Cultural Department of the Kerala Government has filed an affidavit on 20th January 2009 in the Court praising Hussain’s art. (Will those praising Hussain’s art in the form of paintings of nude Hindu deities and Bharatmata, get pictures of their parents painted in similar manner? – Editor) ‘The cases filed against Hussain for drawing painting of Bharatmata in nude have been quashed. (It is clear from the above statements of Smt. K. Sushila that she has no respect and love towards her motherland as patriotism does not depend upon filing or withdrawal of Court cases. Such person has no right to stay in this country – Editor). Therefore, the award should be given to Hussain only.’ Advocate representing Shri. Ravi Varma has appealed to all Hindu Parties and Organizations so also senior artists, lawyers and devout Hindus to offer help to Shri. Varma for challenging the affidavit presented by the Kerala Government in the Court. He has also published request of HJS to devout Hindus to send representations to Kerala Government against conferring the award to Hussain. The above information was given by Shri. Sudish Puthalat of HJS. He has also requested to send a copy of such representation to him at the following address

Send Copy to HJS representative on the following Address

Shri. Sudish Puthalat, 5/699, Hari Om,

Love for Hussain makes the Govt. modify the Rule

Under the State Government’s Rule, it was necessary that the ‘Ravi Varma’ award should be conferred on such person who is a domicile of Kerala; but to accommodate Hussain, the Govt. has now changed the Rule and declared that the award can be conferred to any Indian artist. (It is the height of wooing Muslims by communists – Editor)
